Reactive service and repair to gas and electric commercial
catering equipment and plumbing.

All engineers are electrically competent and are "Gas Safe" accredited. Our work is guaranteed together with individual manufacturer's parts guarantees. We aim to attend to our customers reactive needs by appointment within 24-48hrs. Calls are attended between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Earlier, later and weekend calls are available by prior negotiation.

Maintenance contracts & agreements.

For customers who take the reliability and safety aspects of their equipment seriously. It's been proven that Planned Preventative Maintenance or PPM visits do reduce the need for reactive visits. Engineers will identify any parts deemed to be in need of replacement and will calibrate where necessary. They will gas test and issue the appropriate paperwork to support your duty of care. Customers taking the KFS PPM options receive reduced reactive rates, discounted spare parts and in some cases quicker response times.
